• Not use our service to violate any platform's terms or policies
• Accept that platform policy violations may result in account restrictions

• Take responsibility for content published to your social media accounts
• Respect rate limits and usage guidelines imposed by social media platforms

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Account deletion will be processed at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of PostPal AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. If you are an EU resident, this does not affect your consumer protection rights under EU law.
